Main duties:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management;
- Answere phone calls and emails in a professional manner;
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings;
- Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations for management;
- Create and maintain different documents using office computer software;
- Set up and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system;
- Maintain office supplies inventory; anticipate needed supplies, place, expedite and receive supplies orders;
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained;
- Establish office procedures and routines;
- Maintain office cleanliness;
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Required qualifications:
- Completion of secondary school is required; college diploma would be an asset;
- Some previous office administrative/clerical experience is required;
- Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
